the staff was amazing. andrea was really nice and helpful. philip chatted with me at the bar and helped with luggage. jenny also helped me at breakfast. the beds were comfy, clean, and good size.
the window was cracked and taped up.

the staff were friendly and efficient. the hotel's location is very convenient for accessing nearby attractions. breakfast was also a good value for the money. the pool was warm and clean, i used it twice .

The rooms were very clean and reasonably well-equipped. the beds were comfortable and a good size. Linens felt fresh. the room had basic amenities, including a tv, but the remote didn't function perfectly.

the reception staff were always polite and helpful. they assisted with directions and local information, i asked about nearby restaurants, the breakfast service was efficient, staff are very friendly, but they are very busy.

The staff was very friendly, and. The location was quite good because it was close to attractions and shops. The train station was a convenient 15-minute walk away. I found the breakfast to be good as well.

The staff was helpful with queries I had.
The room looked quite tired. The mixer on the shower did not work properly. It was difficult to get a temperature that wasn't either freezing or scalding. The noise from traffic outside (even late at night) made it difficult to sleep well.
